Rosedale Chevrolet & GMC

The window stickers put on cars are done by a third party and Rosedale Chev does not do anything to verify that the options stated are really in the car...therefore they are selling vehicles that are misrepresented. Their customer service is horrible. They do not return phone calls and two members of their management team told me flat out lies. I would suggest going somewhere else, save yourself some time and effort.

The first salesperson I talked to, Rock, was quite friendly and helpful. However, other salespeople seemed very pushy, skeazy, and unpleasant. They tried to get me to buy this SUV even after I told them I was not interested in it. It makes sense because car dealers are trying to get rid of as many of the unsafe gas-guzzlers as they can but this was a tad ridiculous. I left after they basically browbeat me into test-driving the car and don't feel like revisiting or letting the Rosedale Chevrolet profit from my business.
