I've been to this location twice and have been very pleased with the level of customer service I received both times so far. The Stylist, Sarah I believe her name is, has ended up cutting my hair both times. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly smile by the other stylist there. After a short wait, Sarah happened to cut my hair both times. She took extra time with my cut and was very detailed I noticed throughout the cut. I used to go to SportClips for the past year and before that I had never went anywhere other than Great Clips and the quality of haircut and level of professional and friendly service from everyone that worked at SuperCuts far exceeded what I was used to receiving. I enjoyed SportClips because it was focused for a guy, but the haircut quality was "ok". I would take the quality and customer service I received at SuperCuts the last two visits over any other place. I will definitely be returning to this location time and time again, even after moving about 30 minutes away.

I have gone to this location twice. Both times what should have been a simple short men's haircut turned into a disaster. The haircuts were not uniform around the sides with patches longer than others. The girl forgot to even cut the bangs. As well, the hairline on the neck was not finished. It looked as if I asked a random person off the street to cut it.

I have never had such poor experiences with haircuts at another Supercuts, Smartstyle, or Great Clips when I've gone before. This particular Supercuts location is a joke.

Love my Stylist!: My stylist knows me, knows what I like and does her very best to make sure I get exactly the service I have come to expect! I love Becky, mgr, and truly enjoy going to get my haircut and/or eyebrows waxed. It is like a mini-spa experience with a therapist/friend all rolled up in one! Thanks! The Pink One
