User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWow. We had TERRIBLE service the night we went. We made a reservation for 7 the day before with a manager. The next day we come in for our meal and there is no note of our reservation. It's not easy sitting 7 people at all and the hostess was no help at all. She just kind of pointed around telling US that we could move so and so table together and how we couldn't move certain tables because we weren't allowed to. Ridiculous.
We ordered beers and they took forever to get to us. We saw half of them sitting on the bar for like 15 minutes. By the time they got to us, some of them weren't cold. On the plus side, they were super cheap. $3 for a tall beer of your choice is quite a deal.
Anyway, we finally ordered our food (like 30 minutes after we sat down). They did a terrible job serving... a couple of us got our food first. We had to wait for everyone else to get their food. The whole process took 10 minutes. In that time, your food gets cold.
Our waitress was unapologetic and didn't seem to care. I don't care if there are problems behind the scenes, but at least say you're sorry.
The only reason it got a 3rd star was because the food was awesome. The buffalo chicken pizza is unreal!

Try going back there now. If has not been spectators since 2003. Yes they had major behind the scene problems. At the time you were there the owner ran it into the ground and majors took it back and put a new GM They have some nice specials and new wait staff
