User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy fiance and I had a bad experience at this restaurant. The server wanted to get out early so we felt rushed. The walls were dirty and we did not feel comfortable. All of a sudden, this grungy and greasy looking guy walked it and walked right into the kitchen. The workers and him started yelling. Why couldn't they talk normal as to not disturb the customers? We ordered sweet and sour pork and it was disgusting. The sauce is way too tangy. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a sit down restaurant. My favorite Chinese place is House of Wong on Larpenteur and Lexington Avenue. My second favorite place is Jade House on Hodgeson and Rice Street. Jade House is a lot like China Wok except for it is cheaper, you get more food, and it has a lot better atmosphere to peacefully enjoy your meal. I will never recommend China Wok to ANYONE.
