User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNot good! The radiator I received from them leaked HORRIBLY! They allowed for the return, but I lost a 1/2 day of work because I couldn't finish the car on the weekend. Very dissapointed.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAvoid Ace Auto Parts. I bought a starter for my Geo. The starter died after 4 days! The people at Ace refused to give me a refund; they would only give me a credit.
I told the clerk I'm going to grad school in Milwaukee. I wouldn't be able to use a credit. He didn't care.
I also took the starter to an auto parts store and had it tested. I had a printout that showed it was next to dead. That made no difference.
So I'm going to dispute the charge with the credit card company. It's bad enough I had to deal with putting the starter on, removing it and my car not starting.
While I was there, one of the junk yard guys showed the clerk a bumper cover that had a huge patch in it, though it looked mostly okay from the front. They had no problem with selling it.
Stay away from Ace Auto Parts. They sell low quality junk.
