The center has some good stores, but many go undiscovered due to the nightmare of negotiating the parking lot. One-way circles, no left turns, "almost" roundabouts, and a lack of decent signage make for another batch of aggravation and stress. Could they throw us a bone here? Some signs to give you a clue as to what path the Evil, Sadistic Designer had intended for us to travel would be nice. When I must shop at Tamarack (affectionately known as Tangletown), I enter near the large store I will be visiting. Then, I leave by that same route to avoid at all costs, the circuitous trip across the lot. One certainly doesn't have the luxury of scanning for any new stores while trying to avoid multiple moving violations, and other meandering drivers. You may eventually get from the south side of the lot to the north by going through the shopping center, but you'd better pack a lunch. I heard the Evil Sadistic Designer won some kind of award for this shopping center. It must have been sponsored by the Auto Body Repair Association.

A large variety of stores that is either over looked or taken for granted. Tamarack Village gives a very small relaxed city feel, walking around to all the stores, you are bound to find what you need. Home Depot, sporting stores, fast food, resturants, circuit city, office max, clothing stores for men and women alike. Of course some smaller expiremental business have their lots too. Over time perhaps Oakdale Village will supercede Tamarack but fornow Tamarack is the bigger and better minus Guitar Center/Olive Garden...
