The management at this shxx hole is the most arrogant and ignorant of any property management organization I have ever seen. The complex is POOR! Half of the garages are full of junk they have pulled out of older units. Half of the bldgs have no siding or roofs!!! (tarps every where). They don't follow their own rules for the rental process, and do WHATEVER to get your money!!!!!

What is Krisha k telling is correct..!! worst management who will only aim to swallow your deposit money!! ....i lost my entire deposit amount though i maintained it better than when i moved there......

One of the worst apartments I have ever seen in my life. Lots of fruit flies, bedbugs, impure water, improper maintenance, dirty carpets etc.
The office is taken care by four ladies who don’t care about the people who live there. No good response and not at all addressing the issues. They show a kind of racist behavior.
Management is charging deposit of 500$.Out of that nothing will be refunded even though they say they will charge less for maintanence.They are renovating the apartments with the tenants deposits and rents. The work is done only for the first 10 days of every month when they get rent.
Don't go there unless you could not withstand the winter and left with no jackets to cover you. I am picking the awful comment since I don't have anything below that.
