Horrible dealership all they want is your money they will not stand by there cars or even there mechanics...
I bought an Impala on Thursday i said I needed my mechanic to look at it they said no its already been checked by our mechanic and they gave me paperwork showing the checklist and everything. So i bought the car by the time i got home the engine was squealing so i brought to a big name Mechanic not no run down back alley guy and they said to return it engine is junk needs extensive repairs and also *****There was lights to the dash for the oil and another one disconnected so the lights would not come on because there was something wrong with it**** And tis was the next day
They will not stand by there mechanic at merit chev they will not refund or naything so i got my lawyer involved they are looking at car tom. and generl manager will decide what to do they said i said I will not let this go so something needs to get done i barely get bye now and wanted a reliable vehicle and a day later I'm out over 5 grand come on??? I have a family I cant be dealing with this Horrible do not buy ever way better dealerships around

You need to contact Chevy national headquarters. I bought a new 2001 Chevy Maliu, and from the start customer service was horable. I bought it from Denny Hecker. My wife noticed the front end was making a strange noise (6000 miles on the odometer) and brought it to the dealership where we bought it. She was told thaht she did not have the tires rotated at 3000 miles and they were not responseable. Warrenty was for 3 years 36000 miles. Wife asked to speak to the manager. Manager told her the same, not thier problem because the tires were not rotated. Wife argued for 20 mins. She was given a piece of paper and told she could fill out stating her problem. She told the manager "How about If I never buy a GM or chevy product again" to which the manager replied by shrugging his shoulders and saying that was her choice. Since than we have bought 2 new cars. We spent a total of $50,000 and Chevy did not recieve a penny. I will tell my friends and my children to never buy a GM or Chevy product and hopefully they will tell more poeple.
