    I hope everybody has counted their fingers and toes as Dough Parrot is not always the most honest person as my dad worked for Ruining Counties and Manicipalities. He became a fall guy for RCM and ended up getting a pay rise after leaving the most unethical engineering firm in eight different states that he worked for and has not seen such deception since he left the firm.
