The quality is well worth the price. Sarpino's usually delivers w/in 30 minutes, and it's always hot!

service is the worst: The pizza is good; the service is horrible and probably the worst in Chaska.
They need to get their act together and work on customer service on the phone as well as for delivery. -

Recommended: The pizza is the best...at least as good as a Godfathers! The service could use improvement. We have ordered from them 5 times and 4 out of 5 there were one or more errors. We were not offered "service" type of incentives either, just product replacement about an hour later. Definitely try them, but not if you are in a hurry to eat!!
