User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible service. Avoid the service department. The last two times I've taken my truck there it was not fixed. I made an appointment and dropped off at the designated time only to have 8 hours pass and they still hadn't gotten around to even looking at my truck! The only thing they're good at is excuses (i.e. understaffed, other cars taken longer than supposed to, etc.)
Their counter staff is borderline rude and the mechanics (if one ever gets around to your vehicle) are average. Do what I did, go elsewhere for your service needs.-

The best customer service in the metro area. My car was repaired on time, clean and all insurance work done by the shop.
Drop off and pick up when done! Great bodyshop to work with.
