Terrible place. They go through service managers like most people go through underwear, each worse than the one before. I went there a year ago and they took the tire pressure gauges out of the wheel units..then told me to take my vehicle to a "back yard mechanic" to unplug the sending unit so the alarm doesn't go off..because they couldn't do it due to legal reasons. When I was there a month ago, two of the service reps got into an argument right in front of me. And later I heard another service rep. say the "F" word on the phone 3 times in one conversation in front of me and 2 other clients. They then promised they'd call me re: my warranty...but never did.

Will definitely never do business here again! And I have not for about five years. They gave me fifteen hundred for my used car which was worth much more kept 1,000.00 that I did'nt know about that was a rebate.

Terrible dealership. "M-factor" benefits are worthless and salespeople are just plain shady. Will definitely never do business here again!
