I called the first U-Haul company I thought he might had gone to and I spoke to Nur Hassan and he was so nice. I know he was busy but he took the time to look up my husband's name to check which U-Haul company he went too. Mr Hassan customer service goes a long way! He takes the time to take care of his customers! He is the best! I really appreciate being treated special! Thank you Mr. Hassan -- because of you I will always recommend U-HAUL!
