The guys working here were great. After having some trouble with my car, the Sears team suggested TSI. I was able to bring my car in before work on Friday morning, but by Friday afternoon, they had not been able to find out what was wrong with the transmission because of a computer glich in my car. They charged me nothing, and asked me if I could possibly bring it back Monday because they were so intrigued! I happily brought it back Monday and they managed to fix the glich, find the error and order and replace the part before the end of the day. It was a simple relay that came in a box 3 inches by 2 inches by 1 inch. The service at TSI was beyond exemplary and they even took the time (after they closed) to actually show me what the problem was, and where and how they fixed it. I was amazed by such personal attention and though I hope I never have to go back, I would in a heartbeat.
