User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsChaeâs Restaurant in downtown Vermillion, S.D. is my all-time favorite restaurant. Featuring a wide variety of Korean and Chinese dishes prepared to American tastes, the cashew chicken is my favorite dish. It is pleasantly spicy, but not overwhelming. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. A small lunch-time buffet is featured on weekdays. Order from the menu any time. A casual sit-down restaurant with reasonable prices.
