User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOver the years we've been here a few times and always enjoyed it. Typically we go for a b-day or other special occasion as itâs not they type of place that you will be in and out of in an hour. You make a night of it thatâs the only real reason we donât go more often. Mom and dad donât get a lot of chances for a âdinner onlyâ night.
After seeing the last two reviews I was worried that something had changed at one of my favorite restaurants in Sioux Falls. But, Iâm happy to report that we just got home and the Touch of Europe is just as good as the last time we went (almost a year ago).
I travel often and have eaten at many European restaurants. This one is up there with the best. Tonight there were four of us and each ordered something different. Everyone was very happy (and full). The service was good but not great and Iâll overlook just good service from time to time. The food quality filled any service voids. Needless to say, we will go back again and it wonât be a year this time.

You didn't miss anything. My husband and I went there ONCE. We were the only ones in the restaurant and even then had trouble getting service. The waitress was dour and the food was awful. I ordered a flank steak with a sauce over it. The steak was inedible and the sauce tasted like Cambell's tomato soup mixed with milk. My husband ordered something else (can't remember now what it was) and it was equally bad. I'm not sure how they stay in business.

Cozy place BUT
It took 45 minutes to get waited on.
fort-five minutes!!!!
Wait staff everywhere - every time we flagged one we were told it wasn't their table.
Finally got up and left, and will probably never return.
