Nice homey place, love the sawdust on the floor.. friendly folks..
Very good steaks.. however.. they should lay off the salt in the seasoning rub.. a bit overpowering.. had a great sirloin with homefries.. on both the meat and fries a bit much with the salt.

In talking to folks in the area apparently the prime rib is also very good but a bit heavy on the salt too.

Suggestion.. do go.. but if you don't want a lot of sodium ask em to limit the spice rub when you order.

An American Original: Picture this: there's an unassuming restaurant off a highway. It has a gravel parking lot.You walk in, and there is sawdust on the floor. The beer comes in cans and they bring the salad fixings in tupperware. You're thinking"what have I gotten into." You've gotten into the Cattleman's Club.The steak is supurb and there's a cutfor every budget. You can get buffalo as well. I'd suggest a seat near the front window to get the view of the river. If you are in Central South Dakota, you need to eat here.
