I was not happy with this restaurant. We thought it looked great! Expected a great time, well, at least a nice meal anyways. The staff was either busy in another part of town, or on an hour long break all at once, but it was very annoying to have to wait so long for refills, and then to wait almost an hour for food, that had obviously sat under a warmer. The wait staff was incredibly rude and abrupt. I left a small tip, which is way more than the young girl deserved.

Great beer selection, fun menu and atmosphere. Food was luke warm when it arrived. Spoke to the mgr on duty and he took the food to warm up, but only warmed up the entree and not the side. Service sucked. I'd go again, but because of the beer selection, all 4 of which I got myself because my server was no where to be found.

As a local this place has always in the past been a fun place to go and relax and have a good meal with a good beer...the last time I was there however, I was highly disappointed. We waited 20 minutes after being seated to get even a drink order. After she finally took our order it took 45 minutes to get our food, guests that came in at the same time as us got their food and were gone by the time we got ours, then on top of it, it was cold and undercooked. My Cristo sandwich was still raw!!! The manager "took care of it" for us but was very unpersonable and seamed like he had never talked to anyone before in his life. Very disappointing and I don't know that I'll ever be back.
