Poor management: Exchanged a movie that was skipping and freezing, for a better disc of the same movie, he gave us a full screen version, when we told him we needed the wide screen version, he threw a big hissy fit, and actually threw the movie, it's no wonder their movies don't play well. I'll rent my movies elsewhere from now on.
