I've been a patron of this salon since it opened, and I've never been disappointed. Everyone is helpful, courteous, and is more than willing to make sure that you are happy. They offer a variety of services, including manicures, pedicures, colors, cuts, styles, waxing, and recently henna tattoos! The staff knows their stuff, and use their creativity and ingenuity to give you the look you want. If you aren't 100% satisfied, you will be rescheduled for free or tended to until you are. The Factory is the most upscale salon Rapid City has to offer. The staff is friendly, sincere and knows hair. They are up to date on style, color and can give you any look you desire. I was not happy with the owner of the salon and the way she came across to me. I do not recommend the salon because I do not believe they take their time and help keep the integrity of the hair as well as they should. The owner does not allow herself breaks throughout the day which is not a good idea in order to keep yourself refreshed and able to do a good job for your clientel.
