    Epitome of horrible bridal shop: Avoid this place!!! Any bride-to-be knows, or should know to avoid bridal shops that rip all the tags out of their sample dresses. First of all, it’s illegal, second of all the only reason they do this is so they can charge you whatever they want for a dress that you don’t even know who the designer is until AFTER they get their money. I walked in and asked specifically to see some Maggie Sotteros and the sales associate said that they don’t tell people the designer or who manufactures the dress until after the order is placed. They didn’t even offer to assist me in looking for Maggies. Since when is it a customer’s job to sift through samples to find what she wants in a ‘bridal boutique’??? My niece had to buy a bridesmaid dress from this shop and she paid $200 for it yet if the bride would have done some shopping around or investigating she would have found her bridesmaid’s could have bought the same exact dress for only $120 across the street at the Wedding Boutique. Horrible shop and a complete rip-off. One more tip – buy the Bridal Bargains book, it will help steer you clear of rip-off shops in the bridal industry.

    uncomplete website: I was told over the phone that I could view tuxedo styles online. There is no gallery at all on this page.

    Didn't know we were there.: I walked around for about a hour looking trying to find a dress that I saw on the internet when someone did ask if I need help. Only stayed that long because I thought it was a dream dress, but it turned out to be as about as great as the Guest service was. Wonderful what computers can do now days.
