User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible! Me and my wife sat there for 20 minutes not one person came to our table. We had to flag somebody over to our table to so we could speak to the manager. He told us that he would come right back to us and needless to say 5 more minutes went by and he never came back. The worst service ever!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey never served us. We were seated and IGNORED completely. My husband and I are Hispanic and not a single soul bothered to serve us for 20 minutes. I flagged someone to get the manager and that fool did the same thing. He said he was going to make it right for us and left us standing at the door as if we were nothing. Simply the worst experience ever!

This is about as well run as a chain restaurant gets. Outback's always seem to have consistantly good food, but what impressed me here was the quality of the staff! I own a steakhouse in Massachusetts that I have had for 15 years now, so believe me, I know what I'm saying. I am on vacation in the Black Hills with my family, and the great staff made us feel at home. I have always heard that people out west are a lot friendlier that us folks back east, but this was more than that alone- my compliments to the management, keep up the good work!!
