User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible customer service. Painfully unreasonable turn around time for dry cleaning and alterations. Over 30 days to simply hem two pairs of pants! Do not offer an expedited service for customers who are willing to pay more to get their clothes back faster. C&R seriously needs to hire a business consultant to give them feedback on how to modernize their operation. They actually write your last name in marker on your clothings label. You have to specially request for them to not do that! They wrote my name in black marker on a $200 dress shirt! Low class, unprofessional, out-dated, not customer friendly, horrible!

Good place if you like burning money: The job they do is good, but I paid $10 for one set of militray BDU's. They used to charge $7, which is still high. I paid $3 per set when I was down in Texas for a month. These guys are making a killing! I'm going elsewhere.
