If there were 6 stars to give I'd give it to them. I live here in Grand Forks and this far and away mine and my wife's favorite restaurant ever. It's service is impeccable and the girls that work there have become friends of ours over time. Very nice, knowledgeable and super speedy. The food is unreal and if you like spicy stuff...look no further. You can order a heat level on select dishes that ranges from 1-15 (*very spicy), but if you know the cooks...you can order up to a 40. (* death sauce). Overall, I could move to England and would make special trips to come back and eat at the Cay. By far, my favorite place to eat and drink. Oh, the beer is freezing too. :)

Every previous reviewer was spot-on. This is the place to go for spicy hot food, particularly cajun food. The andouille sausage is to die for, even if you have to get through too much rice to get to it. If you go for the 15 heat level to make it on the Hall of Flame, you will earn it. And some parts of your body will hate you for it. If you've never been there before, don't judge the food by the atmosphere. My dorm room looked nicer.
