    WOW GREAT WINGS: Forget buffalo wild wings the Cay has the best wings I have ever had! I don't go to Grand Forks very much but it is a must stop when I do go. They also sell their Cay sauce which I highly avise for your home made wings.

    PARROT'S CAY: IF YOU LIKE HOT GOOD HOT THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO..... ORDER THE RIGHT LEVEL OF HEAT 1-15 FOR YOU..ONLY BEER AND WINE NOT COOLER WINES EITHER...

    Cajun pasta all the way!: The cajun pasta at the Cay is probably one of the best things to eat in this town. The atmosphere is unique and perfect for a "small town" feel. I like that you can get a bite to eat, drink, and still smoke!! We love the Cay!
