User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNOT IMPRESSED: You can improve your service by having installers to install services WHEN SCHEDULED!!! I have had to take time off of work TWICE for appointments that I was not informed were cancelled until I CALLED TO CHECK TO SEE IF MY APPOINTMENT WAS STILL ON TIME. When a customer makes an appointment in advance you could at least give your customers the same curtsey by informing them of a cancellation in advance.
