FRUSTRATING: I travel allot and have been in many Blockbuster Stores in different States, but this one in Bismarck is the most insufficient, unorganized Business I have ever been in. Although the people were friendly, they were very confused. I had just moved to Bismarck and thought it would be a good time to try the introductory offer movie pass. It was end of May or June when I signed up and then the first 3 times, at least, I tried to bring the one movie back to trade for a different one...there was ALWAYS a mix-up on my account. I had to switch names and even credit cards (although there hasn't been anything wrong with my credit cards for 30 years) So finally I just cancelled and thank God, I kept my receipt because they kept charging my account. I went to the store with my receipt and they credited me 2 months back after charging for 3 months and gave me a couple of free movies for my troubles and now (Oct.26/05) I am checking my bank statement and find they are continuing to charge my account even after I have moved from Bismarck, not being there since Aug/05. In the few months I lived there, they were on their 3rd manager.
This experience has become very frustrating and not pleasant at all.
I have my Bank Statements and my receipts...Do I have to get a Lawyer to stop you from taking money from my account?
I know this is not a pleasant review, but I can't seem to get satisfactory results even going there in person...which now I am unable to do. I will call my Bank this morning as soon as they open to see if I can't BLOCK - Blockbuster from taking any more money from my account illegally. Then I think I might try a different way of renting my videos. Sincerely ~ Brenda Rogers
