TERRIBLE UNFRIENDLY SERVICE!! I had called to be sure i did not have to have an appointment to try on wedding dresses, they told me no just to come in. So i get there and there are two grouchy old ladies working there, one was helping a guy with his wedding tuxes for the groomsmen and the other asked how she could help me, i told here i would like to try on some wedding dresses, she asked when my wedding was i told her and she said oh you have plenty of time to look for a dress and i don't have time to help you today. She really hurt my feelings and i will never go back there.
DO NOT USE! Poor service. Unfriendly. gave THREE days notice of cancellation and will not return money. No policy given when fitting. Given option of paying up front or upon pick up. Opted for up front(mistake). Did not want to wait around for others at pick up time. Question would be if the policy is no money back, why ask for payment at pick up time?
