User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI live in Texas and have ordered gift certificates by phone from Brockel's for my parents who live in Billings. The service has always been great. They don't accept credit cards but are gracious enough to issue and fulfil the certificates and just let me send a check in the mail. I don't know many places that would do that. I haven't personally had the chocolates but my parents rave about them. They said there is a huge selection and everything is delicious. So great service and great product.
