BOGUS! Although I did get a great price on my new truck, the interest rate was way more than what Diedra had said it would be. She is a lying manipulative person, avoid working with her, or simply go over everything with a fine toothed comb BEFORE you sign! I work Graveyard, and she called me several times during the day, (my night) for rediculous reasons. I was told on the phone that my interest rate was changed from 2.99 to 3.99, so I went to the dealership to sign the papers. I signed the papers, she did not point out the new interest rate, (and this is my fault, I get it!) and it was not until later that I realized it was 10.99! I would have told them to Ram the truck someplace and walked out had I inspected the contract BEFORE I signed. It has been a month, and my old trade in has yet to be paid off, sucking up any overage I would have recieved from my old truck. Avoid this dealership until she is replaced!!!!
We love our New / Certified 2007 Chrysler Sebring from Lithia of Great Falls, MT. With its smooth ride, great fuel economy, and great standards our new car more than meets our needs.
The icing on the cake would be the wonderful buying experience. From the moment we met Deidra, the Sales associate, on the lot her focus was getting us into a car that met our needs as well as our desires. Later she introduced us to Todd, one of the managers, who went above and beyond to get us the best deal on our car and a great price on our trades. Both Deidra & Todd went beyond the call of duty to make our car buying experience was the best we have ever had.
We never felt pressured, rushed, or manipulated. We always felt like the most important customer of the day buying the most expensive car on the lot. Between the two of us we have purchased more than a dozen cars and the truth is that this has been the best car buying experience either of us has ever had, by far!!!
We would recommend to anyone and everyone that if you are looking for a great deal, a great buying experience, superior communication, and want to walk away satisfied, you need look no further than Lithia of Great Falls.

If you have been hearing âraveâ reviews about Dave Smith in Kellogg and you are considering the 5 + hour drive from Montana to Idaho, we would have to say that unless you are âRaving Mad,â your best bet is to give Lithia a shot. Trust us, all you have to do is give them 5 minutes and youâll understand why Todd, Deidra, & Lithia have earned our business for life!
