   I have absolutely nothing nice to say about Linda Michaels! I have gone there for hair cuts and color in the past and was pleased with those services but as far as being treated with respect, not at all. I had an "Up-do" for my best friends wedding and the hair dresser completely made me look like a freak! She did not know what she was doing and none of the other stylists would fix it. They knew I was not happy as I left in tears. They made me pay over $50.00 for services that I could have done better for myself. I tried to reach Linda herself and she would do nothing about it. Is that customer service? NO! One of the most prestigious salons in the area and they can't even do an "Up-do". I will never go back, not even for products and I do not recommend them to anyone. I would never wish that bad experience on anyone, not even my worst enemy.

   Hair Color is always right!: I love going to this salon, while the price is high the value and quality is worth the cost. When ever I go to the spa I always get the correct color and cut based on me and what I want as well as by what looks good with my face frame. I have never found another hair place that can actually get blonde highlights in my hair without them being redish in color! I would recommend this day spa to everyone!
