User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI have eaten at this resturant about 5-8 times while staying in Glasgow. The exterior of the building is pretty rickety, and the place doesn't look like much. The interior is pretty rustic, dance hall style decor, dim light, and a bit pungent. Wait staff is ok, but can be pretty slow on a busy night- they are typically understaffed. Most of the menu is what you would expect for a supper club- iceberg salads, fried fish, lots of red meat. Overall, most of the dishes are about average. So why the 4 stars? This resturant has the best prime rib I have EVER eaten. Period. Order the big cut medium with some horseradish and baked potato, get a bourbon neat, and enjoy! I will definitely go back.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood but pricey: The food is great but overpriced. May be due to new ownership. Still best place to go for seafood in the area. Try the shrimp fettuccine alfredo...YUM! Patsy (the waitress) is a 5 star hostess! She is wonderful!
