i have never been to a Burgerking where the managers and employees all speak to each other using the F word as if no one was around.I have heard the ass.manger Tiffany call her co workers dumb bitches in front of costumers and the manager Todd stands and laughs and says maybe you are dumb bithes? What the heck? This is a family resturant where small childern are.We as families shouldnt have to be subjected to such a manor of rudeness.who ever owns this business needs to get in there and clean house and if they dont I guess they are just as awful as the people they employee.
I went through the drive-thru and asked for Whopper with cheese, extra pickle. The girl asked "Do you want them to put a handful on there?" Thinking that simply meant 'enough to cover the whole burger'... I said, "Sure."
Well I got it home, my burger weighed two pounds. Seriously. If I were to have put it on a grocery store scale, it would have tipped 1 1/2 - 2 pounds easily.
They put the biggest handful they possibly could on there. The bun was soggy. The temperature of the cold mountain of pickles had made the burger barely lukewarm when I got it home.
Disgusting. I mean - did they really think someone would eat that and enjoy it?
A couple months ago I was treated rudely by a manager in drive-thru. After not visiting the restaurant over that incident for few months, I decided to give them a try again, and this is what happens.
I'm getting thoroughly turned off from fast-food in general. It's really sort of encouraged me to start making a bigger effort to cook at home more and pre-prepare my work lunches. Not only because of the high fat and calorie content of fast food... but because these incidents have made it dawn on me: These little jerks aren't making anyone's food with love. It's a paycheck, nothing more. They have no respect for the job they do, or regard for the quality of product they are giving the customers. They could care less.
I'm on a compensation list for my "over-pickled" Whopper. I can go in any time and pick out any sandwich for free. I'm very relucant to even take them up on the offer, even though my name is on the list. I'll have to think about it.
Bad Service: I only visited Burger King in Great Falls once. The counter staff was rude, verbally berating a man who had come back to the store to complain (politely, I thought) about the condition of his meal. They remade his sandwich, but called insults and complaints back and forth all the while. Service was slow, and the staff made a loud comment about "not being a waitress" when another customer took her child to the play place and left her tray behind for a moment. I will not visit again.
