User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI love the food, service sucked. I know it's only fast food but the gal who took my order looked like she wanted to hang herself. No smile, no eye contact, no energy, no "thank you" or even a "hello". I even went so far as to try and joke with her a little to lighten her mood......nothing. Not even a hint of a personality. I think next time I will avoid this place altogether, if the employees hate thier jobs that much, then I wouldn't trust that my food is being made properly either. Avoid the reserve street location at all costs.

Awesome burgers and sandwiches, great service every time I have gone, and the BEST CHEESE FRIES EVER! I really hope to see this place in more locations! It's the best fast food there is, hands down.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsEverytime we get to Missoula, we head on over to Hoagieville for a hoagie, hoagie cheese fries, and an oreo shake. Last time we were there, we asked if we could get the hoagie cold so we could take some home with us to enjoy the next day. They happily agreed and packed every thing separately so that we could quickly heat up the sandwich and then assemble the lettuce, spices, etc. to enjoy the hoagie the next day. Of course we actually ate them that night, but still! LOL This is a MUST in Missoula. There are other locations (one at Southgate Mall, and one down on W Broadway) which are equally good, but nothing beats eating at the original on Higgins. Thanks Nick and Bob for making such a wonderful eatery!!!!!!!!!
