    I'm a Veteran and they wont even try to help!: I called this office to see if they could help me find out what is going on with my GI Bill, since the St Louis office was not being helpful. They refused to help me and told me to keep trying to talk to St Louis's office! I don't know how VETERANS Affairs Office's hire there employees, but they should teach them RESPECT! I proudly served my country for 7 years and they should show a little respect! Besides during that time they where taking money out of my check for MY G.I. bill, so I have a right to see what is going on!

    Insular uncivil servants: They ignore court orders, avoid direct contact whenever possible, and work to deny anyone other than "their veteran" recognition and rights to be treated as humans.
