Ate here a year ago after finally getting in the door with my family. Yeah, they're always crowded but overrated. Having homes in the SF Bay Area and Helena, I know and am used to good Thai food and good Chinese food. Thai/Chinese "fusion" just doesn't cut it. Neither is served well, in fact, what is served here makes bland Chinese Cantonese style taste good without a hint of Thai spicing anywhere. I didn't recognize many traditional dishes from either country on the menu. I'm not talking about the quality, quantity, preparation, service, appearance, nor ambiance here; they're all fine It's a truth in advertising issue here. L&D Buffett is clearly superior Chinese food without all the bells and whistes. If you don't know the difference by traveling outside the area, you'll think this is the real deal. It's not, it's not Chung King out-of-a-can, but it's neither Chinese nor Thai, nor a mix of both.

We had lunch here last summer and I enjoyed the yakisoba noodles but the service was not great. My husband really did not like his dish at all. I cannot convince him to try it again but I would definitely give them another chance.
