User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOutstanding Service: I am a former resident of Butte. Most of my family still lives in the Mining City. I always call Brenda's direct instead of using my local florist. More than once Brenda's Florist has gone out of their way to provide outstanding service. One example: A couple of years ago I called to have a center piece delivered to my parents. I called the day before Thanksgiving. I asked if they could deliver it on Friday since I was calling so late during a busy holday. They happily agreed. To my surprise I received a call at the end of the day asking if I would like it delivered on Wednesday night. My parents' house happened to be on her way home and she would drop it off so they could have it for Thanksgiving. Amazed, I accepted the offer. Who else would do that?
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsEXCELLENT: WHAT A PLACE TO ORDER FLOWERS!!! ORDERED MANY TIMES....BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS KINDA EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE ARRANGEMENT, THEY WILL REDO IT AT THEIR EXPENSE AND REDELIVER THEM. THIS ONLY HAPPENED TO ME ONCE.

THE FLOWERS ARE GREAT BUT THE STORE IS THE MOST UNFRIENDLY PLACE TO GO TO. MORE THAN ONCE I HAVE HAD A SHOPPING EXPERIENCE THERE AND HEARD PROFANITY'S AND FIGHTING WITH EMPLOYEE'S. I CANT IMAGINE HAVING SUCH A HIGH PROFILE STORE AND BEHAVING THAT WAY. I REALLY DON'T THINK I WILL EVER ENTER THE DOOR THERE AGAIN. I WILL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND MY MONEY INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SNEAK OUT OF THE STORE UNSEEN!!
