    I use for tools, chemicals and advice: I don't have any dislikes about this business. I got started in the janitorial business 2 years ago. looking back, I have called for answers to trivial questions. The guys and gals at B&B have never lost patience with me. That goes a long way.

    I am big on customer service. B&B stands above thousands of other businesses in a state where good customer service is hard to find.

    I think the greatest thing about B&B is that I have my own salesman (Jeff). If I call him on Friday he often delivers the following Monday. That saves me a 130 mile round trip!
