User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe Spinnaker stinks of smoke and stale booze. The drinks taste watered down after the first drink. The decor is schizophrenically tasteless. Patrons are prodded to participate in mindless potentially hazardous games. There are several pool tables, but bring your own cue stick. The "casino" is stuffed between a laudramat and the bar. You pay premium price price for low quality no matter what you went for.
