My family lives near the restaurant and its a diamond in the ruff. They have great service and great you warmly every time we go there. A lot of food for the money and they have a great kids menu. I recommend this restaurant to anyone, anytime of the day.
The Rose Garden Cafe is a great family restaurant. If we want to stop by for breakfast or dinner, the food is great, and is served promptly. It is nice to have that place on the corner that is still affordable for me and my family.
The prior review had to have been placed by the owner. The food was not that great, the service was poor-both waitresses, and the guy that took your money (Finding out he's the owner) only mentioned the amount. No hello, good bye, how was everything, THANKS, etc. No smile either. The prices were a little on the high side. They also had bad music playing, and too loud. Between that, and the people trying to talk (over it), it was just too noisy!!
If you're looking for a good to great place- this is not it! Find another!

I highly disagree with this review. Chances are you probably aren't the most pleasant human being to walk the earth. In addition, also based on your selections of places that deserve "high stars" my guess is that your not very knowledgeable of what quality is. It's ok, not everyone is a critic. My suggestion is stick to your day job! :)
