purchased our used van here and also purchased a warranty on it. They could not fix it and sent me to another dealer - turns out it was a faulty part they put on!!!!! The service writers and manger are very rude and look at you like what are you doing in my store. The service writers won't even look at you let alone say hi. I think they forgot who they are working for and who pays their saleries. They are just like every other car dealer.

My husband and I went into this dealership thinking the absolute worst. We were pleasantly surprized by how nice everyone was and didn't jump on us when we came into the show room. They were willing to work with us and our budget and even let us test drive by ourselves. This is a very classy place and I will definately look forward to going there for getting my new car serviced. We bought a RAV4 and we are very happy with it.
