Wow, this place is good! It is now known as Ciao Mambo, the same place that is in Missoula, MT. We ordered the Lasange, chicken parm, and pasta ravenna. The lasange was byfar the best. It tasted homemade and the noodles were perfectly aldente. It was very light tasting for a lasange, but very filling b/c you get a large piece. The chicken parm was our 2nd favorite. The chicken was so tender and flavorful with the ricotta and sun-dried tomates tosssed into the pasta. The pasta ravenna came with chicken , mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and linguine in a pinkish cream sauce. It was just ok, we wouldn't order that again but it still was not horrible tasting. Service was great and the inside is very nice and homey. Make sure to get there right when they open b/c it filled up within half an hour. Prices are from $12 and up for pasta dishes, but well worth it. I highly recommend Ciao Mambo!
We have been here a few times, it was better. Last few times we have gotten sick to our stomachs. Food was cold when it got to the table, and had to send it back. Never going there again.
On the several occasions we have visited Mambo Italiano, we have had excellent food and service - the one negative being that it is generally a "close quarters" dining experience and unless one is fortunate enough to get a table near the windows, it is exceptionally dark.
