We had a very bad experience with this dealership. They were really pushy with the extended warranty. It had been several years since we bought a new (used) car so we were not prepared for what happened at all. If we had it to do over, we would walk out and keep walking. They have very rude people, including the manager. No one should be treated the way we were. I love my Honda but the purchase was a horrible experience. I would talk to more people before purchasing another car to make sure we do not have a repeat of this rudeness. A friend of ours was in the used car business for many years and knew immediately when we started explaining what happened which dealership it was.
Very dishonest dealer. Upon agreeing on a price of a certified used car and the trade-in value we were signing the paper work I noticed they put the wrong mileage on the documentation and caused are trade in to be value at a higher dollar amount so I did the right thing and advise them of there error and of course cost me more $$$. After a few months over ownership its obvious this Honda Pilot has in a major accident their is paint chipping, uneven body lines, rust spots from the accident the car fax report is worthless have someone with some know how to inspect the car. Iâve owned about five Hondaâs and have used serveral dealerships and never had as many problems. Please just drive the extra distance to another deal ship THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS USELESS!!!
Very dishonest dealer. Upon agreeing on a price of a new car and the trade-in value I placed a deposit. When picking up the car dealer added accessories to mark up the price of the car and attempted to revise the trade-in value that was agreed upon. The manager, Jeff Deters, should be sent to a training course on courtesy to customers. Incredibly rude, pushy and dishonest. Raising your voice at a client buying a car is not considered acceptable behavior. But even putting this aside, the dealership was simply dishonest. Of course they are also refusing to return my deposit, which they should since they are responsible for stepping away from what was agreed upon, but they will have to fight this out with my credit card company. Please do yourself a favor and do not deal with this dealer, they will promise you a lot, and deliver none of it. They know you want a car, and they will use it to their advantage. They will promise you everything, until the day you actually pickup your car.
