User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! Ipsen's ruined a nice dress of my mom's and she hasn't been back since then. She warned me about them but it was convenient for me so I gave them a try. I brought home 5 nice men's dress shirts, all with holes in the left elbow. They denied that they could've done this and did nothing to compensate. NEVER AGAIN!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Dry Cleaner: I don't do much dry cleaning but I've always used Ipsen. They are very friendly there, I like them a lot. I've never had a problem with them and items are always done when they are promised by.
