User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey make hotdog's with Ketchup on them!!! No one in Chicago cooks up hotdog's with Ketchup on them. I have been to well over 50 hotdog stand's and they never put on Ketchup unless it's specifically requested. When I asked the owner if he could fix them and remove the ketchup. He just pointed to a sign, and said tough luck. Mr. G definatly need's a lesson in customer service. I would definatly NOT go back there ever again, NOR recommend it.

Very true. I had a similar experience, with the owner! You would think that he would want to keep customers, instead of driving them away. But apparently NOT.

But there are a lot of people who like ketchup on hot dogs like myself. I think the owner should ask what a person wants (or doesn't want) on their hot dog and accomodate the customer. Doesn't matter whether it's ketchup, mustard, relish, whatever. I don't care if people say people over 18 who put ketchup on their hot dogs are "unsophisticated." If a person wants ketchup on their hot dog whether he or she is 5, 10 or 30, accomodate them. It's as simple as that.
