I went in there and as soon as i walk out of the dressing room another girl is crying because she is getting married in 8 days and she doesnt like how her dress looks. The workers there came off as rude and seemed like they didnt want to waste their time with us. They offer 15 percent off of the dress if you buy is the first visit, but who really does that these days. it pressures you into the sale and it lost them a sale of a 7000 dollar dress.
Great dress, not fond of seamstress: I absolutely loved my dress! However, the seamstress was difficult to understand with her accent, and she never did get the lining to stay down even though she says she tacked it twice (you can obviously see it in my wedding pictures). For the amount you pay for alterations ($375), it should be PERFECT!
shop else where first: Very helpful. Spent two hours with me to decide on a dress, HOWEVER, once decided she rushed me into purchasing. I came back a month later to buy and she was upset I decided to go a size up rather than go with her recommended size. I have now gain some weight, and the size I picked fits perfectly. I was told my dress would come in March and it came in late June. I am very disappointed in Vanessa's sales tactics, and rushing me into purchasing a dress I could have bought much later.

Amazing. The same thing happened to my daughter and I on Thursday 10/29/09. Can't imagine the same girl was in there again. Was the top cut too low and showed too much cleavage? If so, must be round two for the poor girl. I said to the clerk, "If and when I come back I will offer to buy the dress at the price offered today and if you choose to not accept it, then that's your problem." She muttered on about how it was not fair to the other girls/customers. Guess that gal who was crying made a snap decision to save 15% and what did she get. Classy places don't pressure people in that way. And oh, we were looking at a dress with beads and stuff that looked like hematite on the back on the train. Loved the dress. Hated the store. Still looking. My daughter loved the dress, but we aren't going back. Also a $7000 dress. They only could show us 3 dresses. Sweetheart top, heavy embellishment, satin dress.
