Ella's Maid Service

Reasons not to call them:
- do not speak english. Even the guy who booked my appointment booked for a wrong time.

- Took their sweet time cleaning the place and left half of it un done.

- Scratched my 61 inch tv screen because they were not careful in cleaning.

- no regard for your hardwood floors... one of the cleaning guys was throwing his vaccumn around and dented my floor.

- piss poor job while they do clean. one of the ladies who cleaned my bathroom didnt clean my shower door and when i pointed it out to her she refused to do it.

- they made my bed and then the cleaned my fan above it so all the dirt flew over it and didnt bother cleaning it up.

- vaccumn before dusting

just aweful service... hopefully people read this review and decide against going with them. I will not be calling them back over...

I wish I could actually rate Ella's cleaning service. Based on reviews here, I called them to make an appointment. The man who answered the phone barely spoke English which I let slide and made an appointment for a few days later. The night before my appointment the same man called to confirm my appointment and get directions to my condo. It was very difficult to give him directions, but we managed. On the morning of my service, I get a call from another guy 20 minutes after my appointment time. He told me he needed directions and the language barrier continued. He was not going to be able to show up for another half hour. He was very unapologetic, and I decided to cancel altogether.

I had my house cleaned by Ella's, and I have to say I am pleased. These guys were good and cleaned everything well. I even did a white glove test, and very clean. They did not cost that much at all. I also liked the fact that they were Polish since they seem to do a great job cleaning.
