I have been taking my car to Fields Infiniti of Glencoe for the past seven years for all of my servicing. My experience has been very positive. The service staff is friendly and accommodating. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions to ensure my satisfaction. I love getting a "loner" car each time I go in. And, the staff always checks with me before doing any extra work on my car and I've never felt lead to do more than I've budgeted for...they understand. I've appreciated their respect and courtesy and can confidently say I trust their expertise. They have a beautiful dealership and people who get to know both you and your car.

service department is awful: This service department has serious quality control issues. I got conflicting reports for the same symptoms on different occasions. The final time I visited they asked me to come to the garage to tell me about my problem and when I got out there, it wasn't even my car they were looking at! They also like to "sell" you service that is neither required nor desired.
