Tossy1916 - First of all I'm sorry your planter and mounting were damaged. Please call our office at 847-678-1000 and ask for Bronson and we will reimburse you for the damages. As for the loud compressor, if this is the location I think it is, I did speak with your neighbor at length about options to try to quiet the unit down a bit. I did send him an email with a few different options and I'd be happy to also discuss those with you. We had a shavitz guy on our roof today as my neighbours ac unit is making an insane buzzing sound,i went up to him and explained a few things asked a few questions etc.He seemed like he was just doing a regular service, and kept answering (in relation to the buzzing) "oh thats the compressor nothing you can do bout that"while shrugging his shoulders each time. So after leaving him get back to the service he wasn't called out to do,i left with no satisfaction from him whatsoever. 10 mins later i opened my back door to see my tomato planter and its mounting ripped clean from the wall potting soil all over the place, his untied ladder had blown off roof and taken them on the way. I'm a contractor accidents happen, but when i asked him what was he gonna do about it? Again with the shrug of the shoulders and says to me " what do ya expect me to do about it? no apology, sweet shag all. Yes he cleaned up, but only after i stared him down a bit on my back deck, left the soil on my neighbours deck, jumped in his van, home in time for tea, Job Done. Insane noise he was supposed to fix or at least diagnose loud as ever.
