    Quite simply the best quality dogs and burgers in Grayslake. My favorite, though, is the chicken parmesan sandwich. Awesomely good. Incredibly friendly staff, always very clean, great for kids and adults alike.

    My husband I just moved to Grayslake this week. We were looking for someplace to eat the other evening and he spotted Mitch's. We stopped in and I had the Italian Beef sandwich special. I had read about this type of sandwich and was eager to try it. It was phenomenal!! I had both hot and sweet pepper mix on mine and was quite happy with the entire messy sandwich dripping with juicy goodness. Everyone was so friendly and the place was very kid friendly. Now, I know where I am taking my family when they visit us here in Chicagoland.

    Nice sports theme and atmosphere. They have decent hot dogs, below average gyros & below average chili, overall nothing special.

    If you really want to go to the best place in or near Grayslake go to Big Jacks on Washington & Hainesville Rd instead.
